Sheet 02 — The plan

We draw it before we plant it.

Light, air-conditioning, footfall and water points go on a plan. Each plant gets a position, a species and a visit schedule. You approve the drawing and a fixed monthly price.

    Within one working day. Send photos of the space on WhatsApp and we can plan before we speak.

  2. 02

    Written proposal

    If you are interested: a layout, plant list, schedule and fixed monthly or project price, in writing.

  3. 03

    Visit after agreement

    Once you agree, we visit to measure, check light, water and access, and finalise the plan. The visit is part of the agreement.

  4. 04

    Installation

    Our team installs on a date that suits your operations, outside working hours if needed.

  5. 05

    Scheduled care

    Trained gardeners on a fixed schedule, a visit report each time and one GST invoice a month.

Common questions

Which cities do you work in?

We have offices in Pune, New Delhi, Indore and Chandigarh, and serve Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Ahmedabad and Kolkata. For multi-city contracts we cover all your sites under one agreement.

Do you visit before sending a proposal?

No. We call you, and you can send photos of the space on WhatsApp. If you are interested, we send a written proposal with a fixed price. Once you agree, our team visits to measure and plan the work; the visit is part of your agreement.

Do you provide GST invoices?

Yes. Every contract is billed by Indpotato Private Limited with a GST invoice.

How quickly do you respond to an enquiry?

Within one working day. WhatsApp is the fastest way to reach us.

Can you take over our current garden maintenance contract?

Yes. After the agreement we inspect the site, list what needs correcting and start at a fixed monthly fee.
