From first message to regular care

A call
Within one working day. Send photos of the space on WhatsApp and we can plan before we speak.

Written proposal
If you are interested: a layout, plant list, schedule and fixed monthly or project price, in writing.

Visit after agreement
Once you agree, we visit to measure, check light, water and access, and finalise the plan. The visit is part of the agreement.

Installation
Our team installs on a date that suits your operations, outside working hours if needed.

Scheduled care
Trained gardeners on a fixed schedule, a visit report each time and one GST invoice a month.

Common questions
What is the minimum order for office plant rental?
We take contracts from 20 plants upward. Smaller offices can combine plants with a desk-plant package.
How long does an office garden take to build?
Most projects under 1,500 sq ft are built in two to three weeks after the design is approved.
Should we choose a live or an artificial green wall?
Live walls need light and a water point and have a monthly upkeep cost. Artificial walls need neither and suit dark lobbies or areas without plumbing.
How much does a vertical farm cost?
It depends on the floor area, the number of layers, whether it runs on LED light or sunlight, and how much is automated. After a call about your space and goals we send a written proposal with a fixed price and the expected monthly running cost.
Do you advise on farms that you did not build?
Yes. Audits, troubleshooting, crop planning and training are available for any hydroponic, aeroponic or vertical farm, whoever built it.
Do you take over an existing garden maintenance contract?
Yes. We survey the grounds, list what needs correction and start with a fixed monthly fee from the first month.
How much green belt does a factory need?
It is set in your own environmental clearance or consent to operate. A third of the plot area is commonly specified for many categories, but the figure in your order is the one that applies.
How long do the arrangements last?
Arrangements are made with flowers chosen to last the full week in an air-conditioned space, and are replaced before they fade.
Is the produce safe to use in the kitchen?
Yes. We use organic inputs only, and no chemical pesticides are sprayed on edible plants.
How much land does a Miyawaki forest need?
A forest can be started on as little as 100 sq m. Most CSR projects are between 500 and 2,000 sq m.
What is the minimum order for corporate gifts?
Fifty plants per order. Branding needs about ten working days.
How early should we book plants for an event?
One week ahead for most events. Large exhibitions need two to three weeks.
How is the monthly fee calculated for a society?
It depends on the garden area, number of trees and the number of gardeners needed. We give a fixed figure in a written proposal.
