Rules of thumb we plan offices with: one tabletop plant for every four desks, one floor plant for about every 250 sq ft of open workspace, two plants per meeting room and three statement plants per reception. The written proposal sets the final count.

About the estimate
How is the plant count worked out?
From the number of desks, cabins, meeting rooms and reception areas, using the rules of thumb we plan offices with. Your written proposal sets the final count, plant types and planter finish, and our visit after the agreement confirms them.
What does the monthly price include?
The plants, planters, weekly or fortnightly maintenance visits with a report, and replacement of any plant that declines. GST is extra.
What is the minimum order for office plant rental?
We take contracts from 20 plants upward. Smaller offices can combine plants with a desk-plant package.
Who is responsible if a plant dies?
We are. Any plant that is unhealthy is replaced during the next visit within the monthly rent, as long as it has not been physically damaged.
Can we buy the plants at the end of the contract?
Yes. The plants and planters can be bought out at a written residual value.
