Plan and budget
If you are interested: crop or orchard plan, water plan, costs and expected returns, in writing.

Visit after agreement
Once you agree, we walk the land, test soil and water, and note access and fencing. The visit is part of the agreement.

Development
Fencing, water, drip, land preparation and planting.

Management and reports
Caretaker, inputs and irrigation month by month, with a monthly report and photos.
Questions
Common questions
What should I grow on my farmland?
It depends on your soil, water, location and how involved you want to be. We recommend after the soil and water tests, with the expected cost and income for each option.
Who keeps the income from the produce?
You do. We deduct only the agreed management fee and actual costs, and share the accounts every month.
Do I need farming experience?
No. Our team guides you on what to sow and when, and a farm hand waters the plot every day.
Can you maintain the farmhouse garden when we are not there?
Yes. A caretaker or visiting gardener maintains it and sends photos after each visit.
Do you manage bookings for the farmhouse?
No. We prepare and maintain the grounds; bookings stay with you or your agent.
